LAUDERHILL, Fla. – The Lauderhill Police Department identified a recent murder victim as 18-year-old Marvin Alte.

According to Sgt. Parys Thomas, Alte was shot at about 5:10 p.m., Thursday, in the parking lot of the Inverrary Club Apartments, at 2580 NW 56 Ave.
Fire rescue personnel took Alte to the Broward Health Medical Center where he later died.
