The incident happened around 9 p.m. on Dec. 23 at Marion Psychic, located at 8921 S. Dixie Hwy.

Pinecrest police released surveillance footage Friday showing the individual throwing the object, which they said shattered the front glass door of the business and caused an estimated $1,000 in damage.

Investigators said the man fled northbound through an alley after the vandalism. They described him as a white male wearing a light-colored shirt, shorts and black shoes at the time of the incident.

“We have a subject goes to the front of business as quickly as it happened and he leaves through alleyway,” said Pinecrest Police Chief Jason Cohen. “We want to be able to find this guy and hold him responsible.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
