The victim said in the past, the bus driver also encouraged other children to bully him, including during an incident where the boy was slammed on the ground by another student, which resulted in him hitting his head on the floor of the school bus.
According to the report, the victimās 10-year-old sister was also interviewed, and gave the same account as her brother, saying Treminioās daughter had gotten into her brotherās face so she separated them to protect her brother.
The girl, who also witnessed her brother being body slammed by bigger children on the bus during a previous incident, told police that Treminio told her not to tell her parents what happened.
Police said Treminio was arrested Thursday after being pulled over in his vehicle.

As of Friday afternoon, Treminio remained held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $7,500 bond.
The police report did not disclose which school the children involved attend, nor the company Treminio works for.
