Police said the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Emile Milord Bien-Aime, arrived at his uncleās home uninvited while he had friends over.

During the confrontation, authorities said Bien-Aime reportedly struck the victim in the back of the head with a silver pistol.
As the victim walked toward his front door, police said Bien-Aime fired two shots at him but missed.
Investigators said witnesses at the scene corroborated the victimās account, and positively identified Bien-Aime in a single photo.
