PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Love and second chances were in the air Friday as Saving Grace and Her Furry Friends, a South Florida animal rescue, showcased two special pets in need of forever homes.
Tyreek, a rat terrier, has been with the animal rescue for two years after being hit by a car.
Despite his rough start, a representative from Saving Grace described him as “super sweet” and said he’s eager to find a loving home.
Joining Tyreek is Lily, a gentle dog who was rescued from the streets in poor condition. After a transformative haircut, she’s now thriving and ready for adoption.
“These animals deserve real homes, not long-term foster care,” said a Saving Grace employee.
