Organized by the Chabad Jewish Center of Doral, the annual event drew crowds for an evening of tradition and unity.

Attendees enjoyed kosher desserts, participated in raffle giveaways, and reflected on the holiday’s theme of spreading light in the face of darkness.

“Light is so powerful that just a small candle can push away a lot of darkness,” said Rabbi Avrohom Brashevitzky, who led the ceremony. “It’s a reminder that goodness and righteousness can prevail, even in challenging times.”

As the nine-foot menorah illuminated the night sky, the community was encouraged to embrace the spirit of Hanukkah by committing to good deeds throughout the holiday season.

The celebration underscored the festival’s enduring message of hope, resilience, and the triumph of light over darkness.
