According to Detective Ali Adamson, officers responded to the bank in the 3100 block of Davie Boulevard shortly after noon in reference to the robbery of an ATM.

She said officers discovered that a repairman was completing repairs on the machine when two masked men pushed him down and took money from the ATM.

Because the robbery involved a bank, the FBI has taken over the investigation, Adamson confirmed.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit tips.fbi.gov.
