Margate police seek public’s help in locating missing, endangered teen

MARGATE, Fla. – The Margate Police Department asked for the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating a missing endangered teenager.

Authorities said Christopher Bell, 16, was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home near the 5500 block of Courtyard Drive.

According to investigators, Bell left his home on foot and his destination was unknown.

Bell is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs around 135 pounds and has short, wavy red hair, police said.

He was last seen wearing a green hoodie, black jogging pants, and white Puma sneakers. He resides with his father, according to detectives.

Authorities say Bell meets the criteria for a missing and endangered juvenile.
