HIALEAH, Fla. – President-elect Donald Trump is cementing his name on a popular South Florida street.
The Miami-Dade County Commission voted 9-1 to allow the city of Hialeah to designate Palm Avenue as President Donald J Trump Avenue.
Marlene Bastien was the only commissioner who voted against the move.
The Hialeah City Council voted to name the street after Trump last year, but it still needed county approval.
