MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police are investigating a crash Friday morning that left a pedestrian dead.
According to Detective Angel Rodriguez, the crash was reported at 2:49 a.m. in the area of Northwest 27th Avenue and 132nd Street.

He said officers arrived at the scene and found the victim – an adult male. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police confirmed later in the day that detectives are looking for a white 2012 Honda CRV, with front-end damage and a missing grill.
They are asking local body shops to be on alert for any vehicles matching this description that they may come into contact with.
