HIALEAH, Fla. ā A lucky person won a $1 million prize in Miami-Dade County this week after playing a lottery scratch-off game, Lottery officials announced Friday.
Miguel Villavicencio, 59, of Hialeah, claimed his $1 million prize this week after playing the ā$1,000,000 A Year For Life Spectacularā scratch-off game.

According to Lottery officials, Villavicencio chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $685,000.
He purchased the scratch-off ticket at Las Cuatro Hermanas Supermarket, located at 810 E. 41st St. in Hialeah.
The store will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
