Broward Crime Stoppers offers reward for information about fatal Pompano Beach shooting

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person who fatally shot a man last month in Pompano Beach.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the shooting was reported at about 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 near Northwest Seventh Terrace and Northwest Sixth Street.

BSO spokeswoman Gerdy St. Louis said deputies arrived at the scene and found the victim, Eullys Hinnant III, on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Pompano Beach Fire Rescue transported Hinnant to a local hospital in critical condition, but he died days later on Sept. 19.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call BSO Homicide Unit Detective Anthony Ciaravino at 954-321-4252 or submit a tip through the SaferWatch app.
