Family members said Nina had been visiting a friend at the complex with her sister. She was shot multiple times while waiting for an Uber at around 6:45 that evening.

Doctors at Broward Health North pronounced her dead.

Witnesses reported seeing multiple suspects getting out of a car and opening fire, and deputies said they were able to identify Mobley as one of them.

Detectives arrested him Monday in Sunrise, a BSO news release states.

In addition to the murder charge, he faces several probation violations.

He was being held without bond in the BSO Main Jail as of Tuesday afternoon.
