LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – Detectives were investigating a fatal shooting on Saturday in Lauderdale Lakes.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the shooting was shortly after 1:30 a.m. Hours later a large blood stain remained on the ground in the parking lot of the Oakland Shopping Center, along North State Road Seven, near Northwest 44 Street.

Deputies found the wounded “male victim” and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue personnel took him to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
