Police said the victim was receiving a massage in the face-down position from 30-year-old Leandro Pardo-Fuentes when he began to “grope her buttocks.”

Authorities said Pardo-Fuentes then proceeded to move his hand to the victim’s lower body and “digitally penetrated her vagina” against her will.

The victim also stated that Pardo-Fuentes exposed his penis and forced her to grab it, according to the report.

Police said the victim also said the suspect attempted to kiss her on the lips and licked her right breast.

According to detectives, Pardo-Fuentes made a statement to them, however, it was fully redacted in the publicly released report.

Jail records show he is facing one count of sexual battery on a victim 18 or older with no serious injury.

As of Friday, Pardo-Fuentes was being held on a $10,000 bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
