MIRAMAR, Fla. – One person has been hospitalized following a shooting that occurred Thursday morning at an apartment complex in Miramar, authorities confirmed.
The shooting was reported inside the gated Avalon Miramar Park Place apartment complex, located along the 11300 block of Southwest 30th Court.

Miramar police confirmed that one adult victim was transported to a hospital.
Residents at the complex told Local 10 News that the shooting involved two men.
Police confirmed that the shooter remains at large.
According to residents, a woman was also at the scene who knows both men, but it’s unclear whether she was involved in any way.
