Multi-vehicle crash causes heavy delays on I-95 near Dolphin Expressway

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A multi-vehicle crash on southbound I-95 near the Dolphin Expressway in Miami-Dade County is causing significant traffic delays Monday morning.

Authorities said emergency personnel have responded to the scene, which has led to stop-and-go traffic stretching back to Northwest 103rd Street.

Several vehicles appeared to be involved in the crash, blocking two right lanes. Initially, four lanes were closed, but officials have managed to reduce the closure to two lanes.

Traffic speeds in the area have slowed to as low as 10 mph.

No roads have shut down at this time due to the crash but drivers are advised to be patient as delays continue to impact the major exits and connections in the area.
