Videos show burglars targeting same car, home in Miami’s Coconut Grove

miami – Arseni Varabyeu said his surveillance cameras show the trail of burglars parading in and out of his property in Miami’s Coconut Grove.

Varabyeu said he and his neighbors are tired of the parade of prowlers. He said that is why he installed more surveillance cameras last week.

“That’s unfortunate for our street, that it has become a normal thing,” Varabyeu said.

The new cameras showed the men from more angles. Varabyeu’s neighbor Sandra Madjdi said someone broke into her car recently and she wants police officers to make their neighborhood safe.

" I have been violated, this man has been violated, our neighbors have been violated,” Madjdi said. “How can we make it safer?”

No arrests have been made in their cases.

Varabyeu wants police to take action: “What happens if someone’s going to confront them? What’s going to happen next? What happens if these people have guns?”
