BAL HARBOUR, Fla. – Bal Harbour police arrested a 26-year-old man Sunday evening after they said he masturbated in front of “several passengers” on a Miami-Dade Transit bus, including a senior.
According to an arrest report, the bus driver flagged down Bal Harbour police officers in the 10200 block of Collins Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. to report the incident.

The report states that a 71-year-old woman told police that she saw the man, later identified as Calife Angelo Williams, masturbating and asked him to stop.
Instead of stopping, police said Williams grabbed a blue sex toy from his pocket and continued to masturbate.
Another passenger took video of the incident showing Williams “on the bus with what appeared to be a blue item near his crotch area,” the report states.
A police sergeant spotted Williams on the southbound bus bench in the 9700 block of Collins Avenue and detained him.
According to the report, Williams said, “I’m a content creator. I wasn’t doing what they say I was doing on the bus.”
Authorities said they found the sex toy when they patted Williams down.
The arrest report states that police identified Williams as a registered Nebraska sex offender, though an online search of that state’s sex offender database did not turn up any results under his name Monday.
Police arrested Williams, who is homeless, on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition on an elderly or disabled adult.
As of Monday, he was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond.
