Miami police officers responded to investigate the report in the area near Northwest 15 Avenue and 45 Street. Josh Salazar, a Local 10 News photojournalist, also responded and talked to police officers there who told him it turned out to be a “very realistic life-size doll.”

A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department did not confirm the incident. Mimi-Dade County employees ask anyone with information about illegal dumping to submit an online service request by calling 311 or visiting this page.
