MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A total of 17 Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to a warehouse fire early Friday morning in southwest Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed.
MDFR said rescue crews arrived just before 5 a.m. to find smoke billowing from the warehouse near Southwest 45th Street and 75th Avenue, just east of the Palmetto Expressway.
Online records indicate that the exact location of where the fire occurred is linked to an event production company.
An MDFR spokesperson said the fire was fully extinguished and the building was ventilated. They also confirmed no injuries were reported.
Surveillance video shows firefighters entering the building and deploying hose lines to bring the flames under control.
Authorities said a ladder truck was used to access the roof, where crews checked for fire extensions and the source of the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
