DORAL, Fla. – A 30-year-old man stands accused of raping a minor in Miami-Dade County, according to police.
The victim reported Xavier Saiz “forced her” to have sex after molesting her, masturbating in front of her, and showing her pornography several times, according to a police report.
When an adult confronted Saiz, he admitted to the crimes via text messages and later to police on Wednesday, according to the police report.
Detectives arrested Saiz in Doral, and correctional officers booked him at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center where he remained on Thursday without bond.
Saiz was facing charges of engaging in a sex act with a child and lewd & lascivious touching.
