Dolphins elevate Chosen, Achane expected to play on TNF vs. Bills

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins are shaking up their roster ahead of Thursday night’s divisional showdown against the Buffalo Bills.

The Dolphins announced the activation of wide receiver Robbie Chosen before kickoff at Hard Rock Stadium.

Why does this matter? With Chosen joining the squad, Miami opted not to elevate another running back, which may hint that they feel good about De’Von Achane taking the field.

Achane was not on Thursday’s inactive list and could play a crucial role, especially with running back Raheem Mostert sidelined for the game.

The Dolphins could use Achane’s speed and physicality in what promises to be a tough and intense matchup against their AFC East rivals.

The Bills have historically dominated the rivalry, winning 11 of the last 12 matchups between the two teams by an average margin of over two touchdowns.

Despite the uphill battle, Dolphins veteran offensive tackle Terron Armstead insists the team is focused solely on the present.

“You have to treat every game like it’s the most important one because it’s the next one,” Armstead said. “Division opponents bring some familiarity, but this is the 2024 Miami Dolphins. Everything that happened in the past is different. We just need to go out, execute, and get a win.”

As the Dolphins prepare to take on a tough Buffalo defense, they’ll need all hands on deck, especially on offense.

With Robbie Chosen activated and Achane likely to play, Miami fans are hoping for a strong performance under the primetime lights.

Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. and fans can watch on Amazon Prime TV.
