MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A 19-year-old Miami Beach man was arrested after two 14-year-old girls reported their meeting with him to buy marijuana turned into terror.

Adam Hyman picked up the teenage girls on June 1 and took them to a house in Sunny Isles Beach where he held up guns to their heads and took turns raping them, according to an arrest warrant in the case.

“He picked up a handgun with a laser attached that was inside the room and points it at her head and says, ‘Can you believe how easily I can kill you right now?’ Then puts the gun aside and pushes [her] on the bed,” Detective Amanda Ranallo wrote, according to the arrest warrant.

After the torture, Hyman took one of the girls home, and sexually abused the other teen again in his car in Aventura, according to police. The teen remembers he recorded part of the attack, so detectives reported seizing the video as evidence. Both of the girls were injured, police said.

Hyman faced charges of sexual battery with a firearm or deadly weapon, two counts of lewd and lascivious battery, aggravated assault with a firearm, use of a child in a sexual performance, and kidnapping.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
