BIG PINE KEY, Fla. – Deputies in the Florida Keys arrested a 66-year-old man over the weekend on three criminal charges after they said he was caught on camera exposing himself on a neighbor’s property.
Jail records show Daniel James Lynch was arrested Saturday morning in the 29000 block of Constitution Avenue on Big Pine Key.

Monroe County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Adam Linhardt said the victim called authorities to report that Lynch had “entered her property twice in recent days naked or exposed.”
“In one instance he was improperly touching himself,” Linhardt said.
The woman provided security footage showing the incidents, according to MCSO.
Authorities said Lynch admitted to the lewd acts and was taken to jail on charges of burglary, indecent exposure and stalking.
MCSO jail records show that Lynch posted a $75,000 bond and was released Sunday morning.
