Bicyclist vanished 2 days ago in Tamarac, deputies say

TAMARAC, Fla. – A man who was riding a black bicycle vanished on Monday in Broward County and deputies were asking the public for help with finding him on Wednesday.

Broward Sheriff’s Office Detective Chris Blankenship needs tips to find Gloval Stephan, according to Claudinne Caro, a spokeswoman for BSO.

Stephan, 79, was last seen wearing a blue shirt and shorts with a floral pattern at 3:50 p.m., on Monday near Northwest 59 Street and 47 Avenue in Tamarac’s Central Parc community, according to BSO.

Stephan, who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, was wearing glasses, black sneakers and a red hat when he was riding his black bicycle, according to BSO.

Caro asked anyone with information about Stephan’s whereabouts to call Blankenship at 954-321-4268 or 954-764-4357.
