TAMARAC, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit asked for the public’s help Wednesday with locating a 71-year-old woman who they said was reported missing from Tamarac.
Deputies said Blanca Nieves was last seen around 8 a.m. Tuesday near the 7800 block of South Colony Circle.

According to detectives, Nieves was last seen wearing a white shirt, navy blue jacket and blue pants.
She is approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs around 100 pounds and has brown hair and eyes, investigators said.
According to her family, Nieves experiences memory loss.
