New video shows accused voyeur running out of Fort Lauderdale Target, cops say

Police say there may be more victims

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A new video has surfaced of a suspected voyeur police say was caught recording a woman in a Target store changing room in Fort Lauderdale.

He’s also facing charges in connection with an alleged voyeurism incident at the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise.

The video shows fitness personality Ken Constantine running out of the Target at 3200 N. Federal Highway as security staff were planning to call police, authorities said.

Constantine, 35, is accused of putting a cellphone under a changing room partition and recording a woman trying on bathing suits. Police said when she noticed the phone, she exclaimed, “Are you f---ing kidding me?” and confronted him.

“She as very well aware of her surroundings and good job on her for immediately taking action,” Fort Lauderdale police spokesperson Casey Liening told Local 10 News.

Fort Lauderdale police said they released the video Tuesday because they believe that more victims may be out there.

“One of our crime analysts was able to use investigative techniques to identify the suspect in our case, as well as in a case in another jurisdiction,” Liening said. “That video is significant because that is the video that linked the two cases together.”

Anyone with information or who thinks they’ve been victimized is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
