BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – Broward County Public Schools students will receive free breakfast and lunch for the 2024-2025 school year.
The first day of school is Monday, Aug. 12.

According to a media release, the free meals are thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), Universal Free Breakfast, and the Universal Free Lunch Program Pilot, in its second year.
The programs provide free meals at several Broward County Public Schools, regardless of student eligibility.
