Family-style Italian restaurant chain Buca di Beppo has filed for bankruptcy.
According to a media release, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas on Monday.

By restructuring with the continued support of our lenders, we are paving the way toward a reinvigorated future,” said Rich Saultz, President.
Buca di Beppo is restructuring 44 core locations and is in process of opening one new location.
The restaurant chain was founded in Minneapolis in 1993.
There is one Buca di Beppo location in Davie and two in Orlando, Florida.
