Moradiellos reported that Ramos-Gonzalez welcomed the police officers inside the house.

“Officers observed four female patients in the living room, sitting on recliners,” Moradiellos wrote in his report. “The four females appeared to have had recent surgeries.”

Despite her hospitality, the police officers decided to arrest Ramos-Gonzalez, 53, and Miami-Dade County correctional officers booked her shortly after 6 a.m., at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Court records show Ramos-Gonzalez is facing four felony charges of practicing a healthcare profession without an active, valid Florida license. Judge Christine Hernandez is set to preside over the case.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
