Agents said the 43-year-old gives the drugs to distributors, who sell them on his behalf and provide him with cash.

Mantilla, also known as “Rudy,” is known to have ties to or visit the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic, authorities said.

He’s considered an escape risk.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 800-225-5324, visit a local FBI field office or their nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
