POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Taylor Tomassina Angelis just turned 21 in December, and she already has tattoos covering her face and neck — including “Damaged” in black cursive font above her left eyebrow and “PAIN” in red above her right eyebrow. She is a local rapper known as “Baby Joker.”

When Angelis was born at the West Boca Medical Center, her family was so proud they published a birth announcement in the local newspaper that named her two grandmothers in Broward County and relatives in New York and New Jersey.

Records show Angelis was 10 when her parents divorced in Palm Beach County. According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Angelis then vanished when she was 17. She was found but her troubles continued. She rapped about them.

“I am known for knocking [sexist slur] down, but that was back in my days, but if a [sexist slur] gets out of line I will put her right in her place. I am number one, no one next to me, there ain’t enough space,” she rapped in her “Pressure” single released last year.

Angelis’s social media presence as “babyyjjoker” includes OnlyFans subscriptions. She posts partial nudity, piles of cash, luxury cars, dirt bikes, and what appears to be an AK rifle. Records show Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested her on Thursday in Pompano Beach.

Broward County court records show prosecutors filed a felony case against Angelis on Friday at the Central Court in Fort Lauderdale. County inmate records show she was at the Paul Rein Detention Facility on Saturday afternoon in Pompano Beach.

Angelis faced charges of aggravated assault with the intent to commit a felony and armed burglary of a dwelling structure or conveyance. The bond for the aggravated assault charge, a third-degree felony case, was $15,000. The burglary charge, a first-degree felony case, is a non-bondable offense.

Angelis also has had a pending criminal traffic case since June 11 in Broward County. Police officers accused her of a hit-and-run crash while driving a friend’s black Tesla on May 3, in Sunrise. A woman, who was the victim, reported following her to get the tag.

According to the traffic incident report, Angelis collided with a Hyundai Elantra while changing lanes along North University Drive. She had a suspended license, and a police officer later noticed “minor damage” to the Tesla’s driver’s side front bumper and fender.

Court records show Broward County Circuit Judge Michael I. Rothschild was set to preside over Angelis’s pending felony case and Circuit Judge Kenneth A. Gottlieb is set to preside over the traffic criminal case.

Detectives asked anyone with information about these or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
