DANIA BEACH, Fla. – A family spending time at the beach in Broward County saw something very special on Thursday.
At around 8 p.m. in Dania Beach, family members visiting a loved one in South Florida saw baby turtles making their way from the sand to the surf.
Video of one of the little hatchlings can be seen at the top of this page.
It was taken by Natalie from Pembroke Pines, whose family is in town from the Midwest.
Despite existing for hundreds of millions of years, sea turtles face an uncertain future.
