MIAMI – A Miami man was arrested Wednesday after a search warrant was executed at his home, authorities confirmed.
According to his arrest report, multiple electronic devices belonging to Francisco Ramon Cruz Rodriguez were seized from his apartment in the 400 block of Southwest Sixth Street.

Miami police said about 482 videos and pictures of child sexual abuse material were found on the devices, including on a USB that within arm’s reach of Cruz Rodriguez when he was detained.
Authorities said the pornography depicted girls and boys who appeared to be as young as 2 years old.
According to the report, detectives also obtained several screenshots that show Cruz Rodriguez, 51, engaging in a video call with a girl who was masturbating herself while Cruz Rodriguez appeared to be exposing himself to her.
Police did not release an approximate age for the child.
According to the report, detectives were able to identify one of the victims in the photos, who they said lives outside of the City of Miami Police Department’s jurisdiction.
Police said the girl was between 7 and 8 years old when the photos were taken.
Cruz Rodriguez was arrested on charges of possession of sexual performance by a child and promoting sexual performance by a child.
As of Thursday afternoon, he remained held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center where his bond had yet to be set.
