The girl’s mother told police officers that she had trusted Sanchez’s wife to care for her daughter since she was a 6-month-old baby, according to police.
The girl first described the sexual abuse to her aunt by using “Toto” to describe Sanchez’s penis and “ice cream” to describe his semen, according to police.
The evidence against Sanchez includes the girl’s drawings and a recording of the sexual abuse, according to the Hialeah Police Department’s arrest report.
Miami-Dade County inmate records show Sanchez had been at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center since about 5:30 a.m., on Thursday without bond.
Sanchez was facing charges of sexual battery on a child, lewd and lascivious assault on a child, and lewd or lascivious exhibition on a child.
