Surveillance video released by BSO last November shows three people walking towards an apartment complex; a few minutes later, after gunshots rang out, cameras captured the trio running from the area and entering a red Honda Accord with stock rims, investigators said.

Authorities identified two of those suspects Thursday as 21-year-old Brian Skipper and 19-year-old Keon Collins.

The duo was taken into custody on Wednesday at separate locations by BSO’s V.I.P.E.R unit, investigators confirmed.

Jail records show both men are facing one count of first-degree murder.
