Detectives said the first victim told police in an audio recording that she met 23-year-old Sunen Isaac Gutierrez while walking near the 2200 block of Southwest Fourth Street in Little Havana early Sunday morning.

Gutierrez asked both victims if they wanted to come back to his apartment to smoke marijuana and have alcoholic beverages to which they agreed to do so, according to the report.

The first victim told police that the second victim “arranged to have sexual activity” with Gutierrez for “approximately $400 but negotiated the price down to $320,” the report stated.

“During the sexual encounter the defendant (Gutierrez) became rough and the first victim no longer wanted to engage in sexual activity with him,” police wrote.

The first victim also told police that Gutierrez attempted to have sex with the second victim when both ran out of the house for safety, according to investigators

In an attempt to get away from Gutierrez, police said the first victim fell on the ground and was “digitally penetrated” by him, police said.

The report states Gutierrez also “forcefully” pulled away the first victim’s purse and cellphone from her before she eventually ran away.

The first victim was transported by detectives to Gutierrez’s home and was able to confirm his identity through his landlord, according to police.

The second victim told detectives in a statement that she asked Gutierrez to stop his sexual advances but he “continued to attempt to sexually penetrate her,” the report stated.

At one point, Gutierrez grabbed the second victim’s head and forced her to perform oral sex on him, according to police.

While in custody, police said Gutierrez signed a consent form to search his apartment where they found the first victim’s cellphone and a card belonging to the second victim.

Authorities said Gutierrez read his Miranda rights in Spanish and he agreed to speak to detectives without his attorney present. He stated that he met both victims after a night of drinking and drove them to his home on his scooter.

He denied “exchanging money for sexual advances,” but made a confession that was redacted in the publicly released report.

Jail records show Gutierrez is facing two counts each of human trafficking on a victim between the ages of 12 and 17, sexual battery and a separate charge of strong-arm robbery.

As of Monday, he is being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where his bond has not yet been determined.
