MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – An 83-year-old man went to his sick neighbor’s home to expose himself and masturbate in front of her twice, according to Miami-Dade police.
Police said Nelson Correa “took advantage of the victim’s illness” and the 84-year-old woman was heard on surveillance video “screaming at (him) to stop.”

According to an arrest report, the incidents happened Tuesday and Wednesday in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, though it does not state a specific location.
Authorities took Correa into custody on Thursday. The arrest report states that he provided a confession, which was redacted.
Correa, a Cuban national, is facing two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition in front of an elderly or disabled adult.
He was being held without bond in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Friday afternoon, jail records show.
