MIAMI – A Miami man was arrested Monday on accusations that he raped a woman and robbed her boyfriend of cash and drugs inside an abandoned house.
The crimes were reported shortly after 11 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Northwest 67th Street.

According to the suspect’s arrest report, the female victim and her boyfriend had been staying at the abandoned home for the past couple of months.
The woman told police that they were inside the building late Sunday night when the suspect, later identified as Tarrel Stillman, entered the home, pointed a gun at the couple and robbed the woman’s boyfriend of money and drugs.
Police said Stillman, 37, who is also homeless, then ordered the man to go into another room.
The man complied and Stillman then forced the female victim to perform oral sex on him before raping her at gunpoint, authorities said.
The victim told police that Stillman told her “If you comply, you won’t get hurt.”
Police said he then fled the scene.
According to the arrest report, the female victim’s boyfriend corroborated her story to police, saying Stillman robbed him of $100 in cash and crack cocaine and that he heard Stillman tell his girlfriend to remove her clothes and perform oral sex on him.
Police said the male victim spotted Stillman walking by while speaking with officers and pointed him out.
According to the report, Stillman denied robbing the man and raping the woman, and claimed that he is overseeing the abandoned home and that he had gone to the home to tell them to leave the property.
Stillman was arrested on charges of armed sexual battery, false imprisonment with a deadly weapon and armed robbery/home invasion.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Stillman was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center without bond.
