Police locate 2 brothers reported missing from Lauderhill

LAUDERHILL, Fla. – Lauderhill police confirmed Monday morning that two brothers who were reported missing by their mother were found overnight.

According to authorities, Heyvion Johnson, 13, and Jarohn Thompson, 11, were at John E. Mullin Park, located at 2000 NW 55th Ave., around 9 p.m. Saturday when they spoke to their mother on the phone and she told them to return home, but they failed to do so.

Police did not immediately confirm where the boys were found or what they had been doing during the time they were believed to be missing.
