Florida Panthers and feline fans get 50% off on cat adoptions in Broward

Humane Society’s cat room celebrates Stanley Cup victory

DANIA BEACH, Fla. – To celebrate the recent Stanley Cup victory, Florida Panthers fans are getting 50% off adoption fees for cats in Broward County.

According to Cherie Wachter, of the Humane Society of Broward County, this means more than $60 in savings on kitten adoptions and $40 in savings on felines over the age of six months until Sunday.

“The Humane Society of Broward County even has a cat room dedicated to the incredible Florida Panthers,” Wachter said adding fans are welcome to stop by to see it from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., from Monday to Saturday, at 2070 Griffin Road in Dania Beach.

The cats are all spayed or neutered and microchipped, have all preliminary vaccinations, and come with a 14-day limited health care plan courtesy of VCA Animal Hospitals, a bag of Purina One Pet food, and more goodies.
