TAMPA, Fla. – Julio Foolio was celebrating his 26th birthday when a shooter killed him early Sunday morning in Tampa after he shared with his one million Instagram followers that he had “the best birthday ever.”
The rapper, who was most known for his 2019 “Voo Doo,” documented on his Instagram story that he had a pool party on Saturday afternoon at a house he had rented on Airbnb in the Tampa area and it got so crowded police officers responded.

“Pol!ce shut us down and kicked us out air bnb that’s crazy work,” the rapper wrote on Instagram later showing a crowd at a hotel and a flyer to a party at a nightclub.
According to the Tampa Bay Police Department and the rapper’s attorney, Charles Andrew Jones II was killed during a shooting that injured three others at about 4:40 a.m., at 11606 McKinley Drive. Confirmation from the medical examiner’s office was pending.
The rapper’s birthday was on Friday, but he had a weekend of celebrations that ended with the Sunday morning shooting near the Holiday Inn Tampa North, an IHG Hotel, and across the street from the University of South Florida campus.
The Florida Times Union reported that after the rapper had an attempt on his life in November 2021 in Jacksonville’s Riverside area he used Instagram to taunt the shooters by saying, “You all miss a whole 100 shots literally.”
The rapper was open about his associations with the Jacksonville-based gang KTA and how his 18-year-old half-brother Tre’von R. Bullard was fatally shot and his half-brother Kenyata T. Bullard who was with him was injured on June 5, 2018.
