KEY WEST, Fla. – Deputies took a 40-year-old man into custody Wednesday on four felony video voyeurism charges after they said he secretly recorded himself performing sex acts with two women in the Florida Keys.
Thomas Robert Pasqueretta, of Wyckoff, New Jersey, was arrested in the Garden State on June 4 under a Monroe County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Local 10 News is not disclosing how Pasqueretta knew the women to avoid identifying them, but an arrest warrant states that neither victim consented to being recorded.
Deputies said the incidents happened in 2023 and Pasqueretta was seen in the video clips starting and stopping the hidden cameras.
An arrest warrant states that one of the women discovered the videos in a hidden folder on an iCloud account she had access to; it states the other woman had no idea Pasqueretta recorded her until a MCSO detective informed her on April 18.
Deputies wrote that she required a day to “process the information” before choosing to press charges.
Following his extradition from New Jersey, Pasqueretta was booked into MCSO’s Key West jail facility, where he was being held on a $300,000 bond as of Thursday afternoon.
