SUNRISE, Fla. – Fans of the Florida Panthers flooded the Amerant Bank Arena on Saturday in Sunrise ahead of the Stanley Cup Final Game 1 against the Canadian Edmonton Oilers.
Heather Judy said she traveled to One Panther Parkway from Tennessee.
“We are going to win! This is our time,” Judy said. “We’re going to bring the cup home.”
Victoria Randolph said she was at every single game last year. She was in the parking lot with the “Panther Truck.”
“We are just hoping that we can win the cup this, so we’ve put a Stanley Cup just in case on the front of the truck,” Randolph said.
Meghan Martinez sid she drove in from Tallahassee
“I went to the Stanley Cup with my dad in 1996 in Miami arena so I’ve been waiting 30 years,” Martinez said.
