Driver runs over bicyclist in Broward

A driver and a bicyclist collided on Saturday in Broward County.

There was a burgundy car with frontal damage and a mangled bicycle behind it on North State Road 7, just north of West Oakland Park. Broward Sheriff’s Office Fire Rescue personnel and deputies responded.

Fire rescue personnel took the bicyclist to the Broward Health Medical Center and a BSO deputy questioned a distraught woman.
