MIAMI – A 16-year-old girl recently told police officers her boyfriend was a 37-year-old man, and he had sex with her and her 17-year-old friend during a visit to his home in Miami-Dade County, records show.
Christopher Emmanuel Westbrook was at the Metrowest Detention Center on Thursday near Doral after the alleged crimes on May 15 at his home in Miami’s Brownsville neighborhood, just west of Liberty City.

Miami-Dade detectives reported that while at the police department’s Special Victims Unit bureau on Wednesday in Doral, Westbrook “admitted but denied the allegations of sexual battery.”
Detectives arrested Westbrook and correctional officers booked him on Wednesday. Court records show Miami-Dade prosecutors filed two cases against him and he appeared in bond court on Thursday.
In the case of the 17-year-old victim, Westbrook faced a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. A bond court judge set his bond for this charge at $7,500.
In the case of the 16-year-old victim, Westbrook faced a charge of sexual battery on a minor by an adult. Inmate records show a no-bond hold for pre-trial detention.
Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Albert Milian was set to preside over both cases.
