Police said Sierra Hernandez, had his hands inside of a satchel and threatened to kill both victims.

According to the warrant, Sierra Hernandez told his ex-girlfriend to get inside of his SUV, at which time her friend tried to pull the victim away from him.

Police said Sierra Hernandez then struck the other woman in the back of the head and tried to snatch her cellphone from her, but was unsuccessful.

He then grabbed his ex-girlfriend by the hair and forced her into his vehicle, authorities said.

Police said Sierra Hernandez drove the victim up north to Palm Beach County, using her phone to livestream on Instagram to taunt her current boyfriend.

According to the warrant, he then took the victim to a gas station where he purchased two beers and then drove to his cousin’s house to pick up marijuana.

Police said Sierra Hernandez then drove the victim to a dark location, where he pulled her out of the SUV by her feet and raped her.

According to the warrant, after raping the victim, he drove her to Ora Ulta Cabaret in West Palm Beach to pick up his current girlfriend.

Police said a Miami police detective called the victim after the kidnapping was reported and Sierra Hernandez ordered her to tell the detective that she was OK.

According to the warrant, Sierra Hernandez took the victim and his girlfriend to a Motel 6 in Lantana when they spotted a police officer driving by.

Police said Sierra Hernandez instructed the victim to approach the officer with his girlfriend and tell the officer that she was OK.

But police said the victim, who was still on the phone with the Miami police detective, told the officer she had been kidnapped.

She was then picked up at the scene by the Miami police detective and transported to the Roxcy Bolton Rape Treatment Center.

According to the warrant, detectives reviewed surveillance video which validated the victim’s statements about the kidnapping.

Sierra Hernandez was arrested Friday on charges of sexual battery, armed kidnapping, attempted robbery by sudden snatching, grand theft and battery.
