Feds ask Broward deputies to hold man for cocaine trafficking

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The U.S. Marshals Service asked Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies to avoid freeing Danny Sanchez, accused of cocaine trafficking.

According to BSO inmate records, deputies booked Sanchez, 42, on Saturday at the Broward County main jail in Fort Lauderdale and remained there on Sunday.

BSO inmate records show the U.S. Marshals Service accused Sanchez of attempting to import over a kilo of cocaine into the U.S. from a foreign country.
