FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 23-year-old man is facing two criminal charges after Fort Lauderdale police said he exposed himself to and masturbated in front of “multiple children and an adult” at a public park Friday.
An arrest report doesn’t state where the alleged acts took place, but police wrote that Yavin Omri Johnson was arrested at 6:40 p.m. in the area of 1700 NW Sixth Place, across the street from Lincoln Park in the city’s Durrs neighborhood.

According to the report, someone called police to report the lewd acts.
Multiple people told police that they witnessed Johnson exposing himself and masturbating, it states.
Johnson was taken to the Broward Main Jail on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 and exposure of sexual organs.
He remained jailed there as of Monday on those charges, plus misdemeanor arrest warrants for resisting arrest and trespassing.
Johnson was being held on a $75,500 bond, according to jail records.
If he submits bond, a Broward County judge ordered him to submit to electronic monitoring and not to visit any parks in the county or have any contact with children, court records show.
